Description
Psychic and Poison type. it knows teleport. pretty much the abra of the Novoh region, but even rarer.
it evolves at level 43 and then again when the player has it in their team AND actually walks 6 miles or more (via 3DS pedometer) to evolve this awesome beast! 
OH! And it has to be at or higher level than 59.

it's a rare pokemon. Being Poison and Psychic type that also knows teleport. It's a homage to Abra and to the "dragons" of a region. As in, it takes forever to evolve. Once this pokemon reaches level 43 with Max Happiness it evolves to the second stage.
The second stage has a strange way of evolving too.
My notes say 6 miles, but I decided that the game will instead track 2 miles. The pedometer built into the 3DS will track the distance you as a player walked. It will only evolve after you reached 2 miles to it's third stage.
It's main ability is stench (on the field, lowers the chance of wild pokemon encounters). In battle, it raises the chance of causing flinch made from physical type attacks.
